About the role
This is a contractor position, not a full-time employee role. Weekend availability is required.

- Connect with Families: Start warm, friendly conversations and build trust in laundromat settings
- Educate and Assist: Explain public benefit programs, screen for eligibility, and help families with applications in a clear, respectful way
- Build Community Trust: Be a reliable presence that makes healthcare and resources feel accessible for everyone

Contractor Terms
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Contractors choose shifts from available in our system (Friday–Monday only)
- Minimum Commitment: 16 hours per week
