Role Overview
Coordinate and help host outreach and partnership events from start to finish. Attend partnership meetings and help build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners. Follow up consistently with partners and leads to keep relationships active and moving forward.
Marketing & Content Creation
Create and ship marketing materials (flyers, mailers, email content, and other promotional items) for partners and events. Bring forward new ideas to advance and improve our overall outreach process and strategy.
Business Development
Hunt for and develop new outreach campaigns to generate business and grow our partner network.
Requirements
- Passionate, confident, and warm personality that puts people at ease
- Strong phone skills and comfort reaching out to new contacts
- Creativity and professional writing skills for marketing materials, emails, and campaigns
- A proactive, idea-driven mindset — always looking for ways to improve how we do outreach
- Strong organizational skills to manage events, materials, and follow-ups at the same time
- Flexibility to travel locally and attend events as needed

- Experience in event coordination and partnership management
- Proficiency in creating and managing marketing materials
- Ability to write compelling copy and develop effective campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
