The position is for a Physical Therapist at Northside Gwinnett, specializing in evaluating and treating acute and chronic wounds. The role is part of Innovative Therapy Concepts, a Physical Therapist-owned therapy management organization founded in 2006.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute or chronic wounds, recent traumatic wounds, and/or surgeries using research-based wound care techniques.
• Focus on wound healing, education, and recovery in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with evidence-based equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with various healthcare providers.
• Enhance clinical skills through mentorship and career development opportunities within ITC.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Georgia.
• Experience as a Wound Care Clinician.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• A current AHA BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
