Outpatient Transportation Patient Care Assistant

Transportation Patient Care Assistant - Van Driver at Lifepoint Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized healthcare organization with diverse delivery networks across the country, seeks passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN.
• Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.
• Supervise and maintain patient safety.
• Ensure that the schedule/program is delivered consistently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma.
• Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report, Proof of Insurance.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
• Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $18 - $21 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job to be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
