Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions within a specialized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serving veterans, active military personnel, and first responders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address trauma, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and community providers, as appropriate.
- Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program expectations.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, including completion of a clinical internship.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience providing behavioral health or outpatient therapy services, experience facilitating group therapy, experience treating trauma, PTSD, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, experience working with or a strong interest in serving veterans, military populations, and first responders, familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Pay
$53,000 – $57,000 annually, dependent on experience, education, and licensure.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
