Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions within a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to support symptom management, coping skills, and recovery.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers, as appropriate.
- Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program needs.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, including completion of a clinical-based internship.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services, experience facilitating group therapy, experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, or other mental health conditions, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed interventions, ACT, or other cognitive and behavioral approaches, strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay
$53,000–$57,000 annually, based on experience, education, and licensure.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
