Outpatient Therapist LCSW

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service (FFS) Outpatient Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth’s behavioral health needs using multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat behavioral health needs of youth and families.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote families' strengths.
• Manage your own schedule with client outreach.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work.
• LCSW Independent Clinical Licensure in the state of NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred.
• Access to secure internet required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Skills

Pay

Full-Time: $70,000 - $80,000.
