About the role
Brentwood Hospital is seeking a dynamic Counselor / Social Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to various patient populations, including adults, adolescents, and children, along with their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient and family histories and identify treatment needs.
- Provide group and family therapy sessions, as well as educational and didactic groups.
- Develop and coordinate individualized discharge plans based on patient needs and treatment team input.
- Identify and assess family or community resources to support patients' aftercare needs.
- Travel to satellite clinics as needed to provide support to patients.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings preferred.
- LPC or LCSW license required.

Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
