Outpatient Therapist

About the role

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities through its mission of helping people reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Morehead City, NC.

Responsibilities

• Utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s).
• Provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles, including initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required.
• LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A); dual licensure preferred LCAS (A).
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Qualifications

• Competitive salary: up to $62,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $73,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time exempt position.
