Job Description Regions Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist-Clinical Specialist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team at the HealthPartners Specialty Center. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for and/or experience with voice and aural rehabilitation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. Join a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. This position s erves as a clinical resource in the area of Voice Therapy and Aural Rehabilitation. Performs program development, staff education and training, actively participates in quality improvement and investigates best practice and current literature in the area of specialty. Communicates and collaborates within and across teams and participates in marketing efforts to advance specialty. Involved in committees, special projects, conference exhibits, and mentorship of staff or students.. Work Schedule 40 hours per week (flexible schedule) Required Qualifications Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology. Three years’ experience in the relevant specialty area. Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Speech Therapy board(s) and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) Preferred Qualifications Five years’ experience in the relevant specialty area. Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
