Responsible for scheduling outpatient services in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include verifying patient insurance coverage, confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Confirm appointments and communicate with patients regarding scheduling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Handle inquiries from patients and staff regarding scheduling issues
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
