Outpatient Rheumatology Position

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Rheumatology care in a 100% outpatient setting, collaborating with a network of Rheumatologists for mentorship and collegial support.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI-powered tools like DAX Copilot to streamline clinical documentation.
• Offer flexible scheduling options, including telehealth, and contribute to a team dedicated to safe, equitable patient care.
• Support professional growth through educational programs and participate in a healthcare system committed to innovation and community well-being.
• Deliver outpatient Rheumatology services with a focus on quality and patient-centered care.
• Engage in mentorship and team collaboration within a large health system.
• Participate in professional development and community health initiatives.
• Leverage technology to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in outpatient Rheumatology
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
• Willingness to utilize AI tools for documentation efficiency
