Overview
As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. Your primary focus is to carry out the organization’s mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This involves hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills and prior direct patient care experience are required.
Job Description
Manage the daily operations of outpatient centers. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Hire, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team. Collaborate with physicians to deliver superior patient outcomes. Track and deliver superior patient outcomes. Manage the team when necessary.
Success Profile
Strong management skills. Prior direct patient care experience. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements.
