Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions within a collaborative care team. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care according to policies and procedures.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care provided, and incidents.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and communicating vital information.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and safety.Foster professional growth through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support fellow nurses, promote a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications And Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).Required certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support).Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
