Outpatient Psychiatrist with TMS

About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking Adult or Child Psychiatrists for its Friendswood, TX clinic. Psychiatrists are a critical part of the clinical team, providing 100% outpatient care, medication management, and therapy to patients in an evidence‑based, medically driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy to adult and/or child patients.
• Deliver care in an outpatient clinic setting with a hybrid (in‑office) work model.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists.
• Utilize the latest digital technology and adhere to clinical‑excellence standards.

Requirements

• Active Texas medical license and an unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Willingness to work a hybrid model with required weekly in‑office time.

Pay

Compensation range $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity, plus an annual cash bonus incentive plan.
