Mercy Health–Lourdes Hospital, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, one of the nation's top 20 health systems, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Paducah, Kentucky. Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient psychiatry with the option to participate in inpatient coverage for additional compensation if desired
• Average daily patient volume of 12–14 adult patients
• Modern outpatient clinic conveniently connected to the hospital
• Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit with 21 adult beds
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record
• Supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling designed to promote work-life balance
• Standard clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
