Outpatient Psychiatrist - Magnificent Mile - IL

Our mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective.” We are actively recruiting for a passionate Outpatient Psychiatrist in the Magnificent Mile area to partner with us in achieving that mission.
About the role
You will join us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. We hire both residents and experienced psychiatrists; you must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.
- No nights, no weekends, no on-call
- Hybrid work schedule: the majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth; a four-day work week is also possible
- Integrated care team: you will be part of a team of dedicated providers who work collaboratively under one roof, with practice assistants and full support staff
- Advanced treatment options available, including TMS and Spravato
Our model is evidence-based and proven: over 75% of patients experience clinically significant improvement within three months of treatment at Geode. We average a Google Review score of 4.6–4.8.
Responsibilities
- See a variety of patient case types and broad age ranges
- Supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
Requirements
- Active license in the state of Wisconsin
- Active DEA license and active Controlled Substance license in the state of practice
- Board Eligible or Active Board Certification in Psychiatry

Estimated earnings: $300,000–$355,000 per year
