About the role

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Adult or Child Psychiatrists across 9 clinics in the Houston area. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules with no call or weekends, 100% outpatient work, and a collegial environment supported by modern offices and full administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Engage in a hybrid model with required in-office time each week.

Requirements

• Active Texas medical license and unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in psychiatry.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity, with an annual cash bonus incentive plan and uncapped earnings potential.
