Outpatient Psychiatrist

Our physicians lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers who extend the psychiatric treatment capacity and believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. About the Role
- No required call
- Opportunity to work with adult patients
- Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
- Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
- License to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
- Valid DEA registration
- Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred)

- Locations throughout the state
- Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
- Office-based outpatient work
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians providing Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments, and Neuropsychiatric Testing

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
