Outpatient Psychiatrist

About the role

No required call. Opportunity to work with adult patients. Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management. Enthusiasm for supervising Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry.
• Licence to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).

Pay

Harmony is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.

Schedule

Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule. Office based outpatient. Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.
