About the role
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a dedicated psychiatrist to join our team. We are a physician-owned interventional psychiatry practice with a mission to provide high-quality, patient-focused care while minimizing administrative burdens.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care using advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine infusion therapy.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quarterly events and annual retreats at desirable locations.

Requirements
- Possess board eligibility or certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Hold a valid license or be willing to obtain one in the appropriate state.
- Have a clean DEA and criminal background check.
- Be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and experience in treating mental health conditions.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Total compensation over $500,000 annually.
Schedule
Flexible outpatient schedule with 4- or 5-day work weeks, no call responsibilities.
