About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults and children
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Administer medication management and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team

Qualifications

• Active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in medication management and therapy
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model with weekly in-office time
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

Pay

Compensation: $322,000 – $430,000 annually
