Outpatient Program Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Assumes primary responsibility for the assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within the Outpatient facility.
• Assumes leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
• Demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills related to patient’s mental health and physical health needs.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Arizona or compact privileges.
• Preferrably one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably an Outpatient PHP or IOP facility.
• Must have or able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
