Compensation
The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
Salary Range: $210,000-$345,000
Qualifications
Candidates must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
About the Role
Baystate Health is a not-for-profit organization and eligible for the US Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program as well as the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program in certain locations. There are multiple state and federal programs that provide loan forgiveness.
