Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) - FT Days | Fargo Rehab

The Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and growing in this field.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse patient population requiring extended hospital care
• Deliver, direct, and supervise physical therapy services in an age-appropriate manner
• Ensure compliance with state-specific Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
