Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, Montana is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, quality care to long-term care, short-skilled stay residents and outpatients in the skilled nursing setting.

About the Role

Southwest Montana Veterans Home is a modern, well-equipped facility designed for both short-term rehab, long-term care and outpatient services. The team is experienced and loyal, and the residents are cared for with meaning and reward.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
