Outpatient Physical Therapist

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement disorders in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized care plans to restore function and enhance quality of life. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, document patient progress, and provide education to patients and their families. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to develop personalized treatment plans, and commitment to patient education. Key Duties: Conduct patient evaluations, implement treatment strategies, document outcomes, and support patient education and family engagement in care processes.
