Outpatient Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve function.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide evidence-based, compassionate treatment and patient education on home programs and injury prevention.
