Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ physical function, mobility, and pain levels. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities. Provide education on posture, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness. Utilize specialized techniques such as joint mobilization, neuromuscular facilitation, and gait training. Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice. Requirements Required BLS (Basic Life Support) Required PT (Physical Therapy) Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy Preferred 1 year Physical Therapist Location: Bartow Medical Center - Bartow, FL Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm/days Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
