Outpatient Physical Therapist

About the role

Provide patient-centered physical therapy focusing on diagnostics, treatment planning, manual therapy, and rehabilitation to improve mobility and reduce pain. Develop individualized care plans, utilize exercises and hands-on techniques, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical histories
• Deliver personalized care with approximately 40-minute sessions
• Diagnose movement impairments through observation and patient input
• Create treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
• Apply exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and enhance mobility
• Track progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current Florida licensure or eligibility to begin licensing
• Proficiency with EMR and computer applications
• Open to therapists at all experience levels
