Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in outpatient clinics

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists in delivering evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, sports, and workers’ compensation patients
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, manual techniques, and patient education
• Document patient care, monitor progress, and assist in managing patient flow

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to collaborate within a patient-first, team-oriented environment
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehab techniques
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
