Outpatient Phlebotomist, Evenings

Responsibilities

• Performs a range of duties to include but not limited to patient registration, ordering tests, specimen procurement and specimen processing.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Work Experience: No experience required
• Required 1 year Phlebotomist experience
• PREFERRED: Experience in a hospital
• PREFERRED: Licenses and Certifications - PHEL - Phlebotomy Trained Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on-the-job training or through a phlebotomy program Preferred - CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred
