About the role
Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) responsible for providing individualized therapy to children from birth to twenty-one in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physical, occupational, speech therapies, and ABA services to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to facilitate skill transfer to home routines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in mentorship and peer learning.
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and promote exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state.
- Strong commitment to quality care and patient-centered outcomes.
