Responsibilities

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policies and procedures.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy [Preferred]
• 1+ years of experience treating Ortho patients [Preferred]

Requirements

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Physical Therapist (PT) [Required] OR Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) [Required]

Pay

The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $36/hour. The pay range is $66,268.80 - $123,281.60.

Schedule

Full-time, Day shift. Either opening shift (6am - 3pm or 7am - 4pm) or closing shift (10am - 7pm), Monday - Friday.

Sports Med and Rehab Palm Coast Med Plaza, 120 Cypress Edge Dr., Suite 101, Palm Coast, FL 32164.

Up to $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus and up to $3,000.00 Relocation Bonus available.
