Role: PRN Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and enhance quality of life.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.Accurately document patient progress and treatment details in the EMR system.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
