Outpatient Ortho Physical Therapist - Part Time

About the role

NovaCare Rehabilitation/Rothman Orthopedics in Sewell, NJ is seeking a part-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic team that treats a diverse caseload from teens through geriatrics. The clinic offers specialty services in orthopedics, sports, vestibular, concussion, ACL rehabilitation, and fall prevention, with the opportunity to work closely with top orthopedic surgeons in South Jersey. This is a steady part-time position (20 hours per week, including two evenings) with per diem flexibility also available. Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training; maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Minimum one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics

Schedule

Pay

$40.00–$55.00 per hour, based on experience.
