Outpatient Neurology Physician

Job Summary

The Department of Neurology at UC Davis Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join their clinical team. This is a 100% clinical position dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered neurological care.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current license to practice medicine in the State of California
• Board Eligible in the specialties identified in the Position Description, if any at the time of appointment
• Maintain a federal DEA license without restrictions
• Be an active member in good standing with full privileges of the Medical Staff of the University of California, Davis Health System ("UCDH") or other hospitals where the Department Chair assigns work
• Maintain the ability to render professional medical services, unimpaired by drug or alcohol use, injury, illness, or mental incompetency
• Able to comply with the UCD Health Science Campus Professional Fee Billing Compliance Plan

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient neurological services
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population
• Offer areas of subspecialty expertise as needed
