Outpatient Neurologist

About the role

The Neurology Division is part of a comprehensive neurosciences program with over 35 physicians and advanced practitioners that span our hospital system.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients with neurological disorders
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity
• Participate in research activities related to neurological conditions
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in Neurology
• Subspecialty training in epilepsy, movement disorders, or neuromuscular disorders preferred
• Experience in outpatient neurology practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current license to practice medicine in New York State
