Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical, therapeutic services to individual patients and families that include individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and work with community providers as needed
• Complete timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts and progress which adheres to standards and regulations as set forth by the Agency, State, and the respective licensing board
• Maintain ethical standards per licensure and for performing services in a professional manner that is congruent with the mission and values of the Agency
• Report timely, as scheduled, to client appointments via non-company provided transportation while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Attend regular supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor

Requirements

• Pennsylvania licensed or licensed eligible as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
