Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to address community needs
• Utilize creative interventions to empower clients and help them achieve their goals
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions as directed by the Clinical Director

Requirements

• Licensed in the State of Ohio with a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.)
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining professional boundaries
• Passion for diverse therapeutic approaches (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT) and experience with diverse populations
• Familiarity with Office 360 and EHR systems (Valant) is preferred

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
