Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

About the role
We are seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health services. Opportunities include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as Telehealth.
Preferred Licensure: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or within 6 months of full licensure)
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Complete documentation according to company standards
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (from an accredited institution)
- Active or in-progress clinical licensure (LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical documentation
- Experience working with children, teens, and adolescents
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to pass a background check
