Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, due within 48 hours of session conducted
- Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client session hours per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- On track to obtain licensure in your designated field
- Ideally have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado
- Certifications and/or specialized trainings a plus, particularly EMDR
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and adept in learning Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Pass a background check
Licensed clinicians who are currently credentialed with insurance panels and bilingual clinicians are a plus!

- Pre-licensed annual earning range: $57,500 - $63,500
- Licensed annual earning range: $69,500 - $75,500

Pay
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule
This role serves clients typically in person, with an option for some remote hours, in coordination and discretion of clinic manager.
Location
This position is located in Broomfield, CO - Broomfield Professional Campus.
This position will report to the location’s Clinic Manager.
