Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Ellie Mental Health - Space Coast is growing! We are looking for high-energy therapists for our Suntree location who are seeking an exciting, new opportunity to serve a diverse client population of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to clinic policy
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling access gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per clinic guidelines

Requirements

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
• Candidates must have a clinical license in the state of Florida (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) or Registered Interns are welcome to apply
• Required experience with completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base of all ages
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)

Qualifications

• Certifications and/or training in psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, QS, and play therapy are a plus
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Pay

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
