Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy
• Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team
• Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full‑time)
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems, and complete some administrative tasks

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic office tech
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience with couples, families, or youth
• Supervisor eligibility, bilingual skills, or specialized certifications
• Familiarity with outpatient care and community resources

Pay

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year

• Flexible scheduling with manageable caseloads
• Maintain 25+ weekly sessions (full‑time)
