About the role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide counseling services to children, adults, and families with a wide range of needs—from life transitions to more complex mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. You'll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Follow up on missed appointments to support client engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC (or eligible-new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting
- Valid driver's license or State ID for current State of residence
