About the role
Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join their growing outpatient team. They offer flexible full-time and part-time positions, including hybrid work opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
- Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota and in Wisconsin.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
- Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

- Clinicians grounded in diversity-informed and culturally responsive care, equipped to work effectively with a broad spectrum of ages and populations.
