About the role

Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join their growing outpatient team. They offer flexible full-time and part-time positions, including hybrid work opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns.
  • Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota and in Wisconsin.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
  • Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.

Pay Range

$75,000 - $90,000 per year
