Qualifications

• A licensed clinician holding a valid LCSW or LPC license.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
• A positive, compassionate, and client-centered mindset.
• Experience with individuals and couples (preferred).
• The ability to learn and navigate an EHR system.
• A strong track record of client retention.
