Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, managing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with physicians, track patient outcomes, and comply with regulatory and safety requirements. Prior direct patient care experience is required for occasions when the team needs assistance.
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients simultaneously. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and open clinics at 4 AM for the first shift. PCTs need a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to build deep relationships with patients and enhance their quality of life. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience are essential.
Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care provide dialysis care to 10-12 patients at a time, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans. They have the opportunity to work in various settings such as ICUs, ERs, rehab units, and med/surg floors. Leadership skills and independence are crucial, along with the ability to educate patients and provide exceptional customer service. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from backgrounds in ICU, PCU, and surgery.
