Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, ensuring the delivery of superior care that enhances the quality of life for every patient. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with physicians, and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Prior direct patient care experience is essential for occasions when the team needs assistance.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients simultaneously. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and open clinics at 4 AM for the first shift. PCTs build deep relationships with patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience are required.

Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care provide dialysis care to 10-12 patients at a time, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to tailor care plans. They offer expert guidance and encouragement, fostering positive patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from backgrounds in ICU, PCU, and surgery.

A successful candidate will embody strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care. They should be able to drive the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards, develop and maintain effective relationships, and take proactive steps to address customer service issues promptly. They should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, actively participate in staff meetings, and assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
