Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our outpatient centers, ensuring the delivery of superior care that enhances the quality of life for every patient. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with physicians, and maintain regulatory compliance. Prior direct patient care experience is essential for occasions when the team needs additional support.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients simultaneously. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and open clinics early in the morning. PCTs build deep relationships with patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life. Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience are required.

Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care provide dialysis care to 10-12 patients at a time, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans. They offer expert guidance and compassionate care, fostering strong patient relationships. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from backgrounds in ICU, PCU, and surgery.

Success Profile

A successful candidate will embody strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for patient care. They should be able to drive the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards, develop and maintain effective relationships, and respond promptly to customer service issues. They must also be proficient in providing direct patient care, managing equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
